I am pleased to make available the first draft of a chapter that will eventually be published in a volume titled International LGBTI Law: Sexual Orientation Gender Identity Law from an International-Comparative Perspective edited by Prof Andreas R. Ziegler (University Lausanne).
The chapter aims to provide a comprehensive but condensed assessment current state human rights protection offered to LGBTI people by , importantly, identify gaps that currently exist in that protection. It examines work statutory bodies – Committee Ministers Parliamentary Assembly – as well as jurisprudence Human Rights.
